Glenos-G 160 is a heavy machine gun in the game Commando 2. It shoots fast big bullets from a 300 bullet magazine. It is the only weapon obtained by accomplishing Mission 6. Every hit gives extra bonus of 100 points.

- It has a long barrel, which makes hitting close enemies difficult.
- It is part of Category G, along with the Nayberg NS30, P25-Maisto, SE-40 Prowse, and TI Prescision.
- The second machine gun in Category G is the TI Prescision.
- It is based on the Sturmgewehr44, the first modern assault rifle.
- The weapon fires at a much faster rate if used by the female Character.
